Commerical Property Inspection
Safeguard your investment. Comprehensive inspections for informed decisions.
A commercial inspection, also known as a commercial property inspection or commercial building inspection, is a thorough examination of a commercial property’s condition. These properties can include office buildings, multi-family housing units, retail spaces, warehouses, industrial properties, and more.
Your Commercial inspections will be performed by a trained and certified inspector, and the scope of the inspection will depend on the type of property and the purpose of the inspection. However, in most cases, our commercial inspection will assess the following:
Structural Components: This includes the foundation, roof, walls, and ceilings. The inspector will look for signs of damage, deterioration, or other structural issues.
Exterior Elements: This includes parking lots, landscaping, drainage, exterior surfaces, doors, windows, and more.
Roofing System: Inspectors assess the condition, age, layers, and potential lifespan of the roofing materials.
Interior Elements: This includes floors, walls, doors, windows, and any other significant interior components.
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems: The inspector will check the condition and functionality of all HVAC components.
Electrical System: This includes the electrical panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, and more.
Plumbing System: All pipes, drains, water heating equipment, and plumbing fixtures will be inspected.
Safety Systems: This includes fire and emergency safety systems, elevators, and any other systems related to the safety of the building’s occupants.
Accessibility: Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or local equivalent, depending on the jurisdiction.
The findings of a commercial inspection will be compiled into a detailed report, which can be used by the potential buyer or current owner to understand the property’s condition and to make informed decisions about repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
