Mike was very knowledgeable about the work he was performing and had a good eye for the good and the bad things about the house. He used a drone which gave us all a great view of the roof and chimney. Mike explained the topics to us as if his relative was buying the house. Not surprised AT ALL to see all of the great reviews. Truly excellent service and gave me a clear path forward on an older house. Didn't try to upsell and instead gave me a clear reason why I WOULDN'T want a full mold inspection as well as why the circumstances where I WOULD want one. Was knowledgeable enough to caveat seemingly scary news with context (i.e. "it's an old building so you're likely to see some level of tilt in a chimney" etc etc). Well worth the money for the peace of mind it gives me!

MICHAEL IS THE BEST. He was able to give me a comprehensive rundown of the condition of an old house and was a straight shooter. Well worth the extra money to get the thermal imaging. He could have charged me a LOT off the bat for a mold inspection but he reasonably explained the conditions where I SHOULD pay extra for it and almost talked me out of it entirely. Super honest dude! And quick turnaround.
