Premier Inspection Services

Home Inspections

A home inspection is a thorough examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, usually in the context of a property sale.

Condo Inspections

Condominium inspections are essential because, similar to single-family homes, they can reveal hidden issues that may affect the unit's value or lead to significant repair costs in the future.

Pre-Listing Inspection

A pre-listing inspection, also known as a seller's inspection, is a full home inspection conducted by the seller before listing the property on the market.

Home Maintenance Inspections

A home maintenance inspection is a thorough assessment of a residential property's condition to identify existing or potential issues that may require repair or maintenance.

Walk-Through Inspections

A walk-through home inspection is a less formal and often less comprehensive examination of a property compared to a full home inspection.

Commercial Inspections

A commercial inspection, also known as a commercial property inspection or commercial building inspection, is a thorough examination of a commercial property's condition.

Mold Assessments

Mold assessment is the process of identifying the presence of mold in a particular environment, typically a building or structure, and evaluating its potential impact on human health and building materials.

Thermal Imaging

A Thermal Imaging Inspection, also known as an Infrared Inspection, is a non-invasive procedure that utilizes infrared technology to provide an analysis of a property's thermal performance.

Sewer Scope Inspections

Are your sinks and tubs emptying too slowly? We use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.

Water Quality Testing

Find out if your water is safe and free from bacteria through our water quality testing service. Water quality testing involves analyzing a water sample to determine the presence and concentration of various chemical, physical, and biological characteristics.
